She was caught looking through the back window where myself and my child were sleeping in the back pullout couch. She also found out my brother was a plumber and than has bothered him and asked him to do work and than didn’t want to pay him for said work what she had agreed to. When you stay in and airb&b it’s supposed to be for comfort and privacy we didn’t get either. Terrible just terrible." (2/5)

Not sure if it was just the old goodwill furnishings or possibly the previous guest was a smoker. There was black hair all over the house, particularly the bathrooms, ranging from small curly pubic hair to full on tumbleweeds. The Master bathroom toilet always runs constantly and needs fixed. The master shower handle just falls off unless you’re super careful. The AC cannot keep up with the Florida heat in the main house OR the “air conditioned patio” for a few reasons. The main one being the fact that the house is insulated with basic styrofoam like a cheap cooler (you can see this in the laundry room where it has fallen down). We came home to 80 degree temps each day after the beach. The carpet was stained and disgusted, as was the ottoman. Not much good to say here unfortunately, will not be back. Recommend looking elsewhere." (4/5)

If you want to stay in, the back room is equipped to have some fun but still enjoy the sun. The host was very responsive to messages and attentive to detail.
