Theater bath sink had rust in it, the drier lint collector is broken, no smoke detectors mounted in the home, the backyard is fenced, but there is no access to it. During our stay the garbage disposal didn’t work, and the dishwasher was backing up into the sink and stinking up the whole house. I told the host about it and they told me how they usually fix it. I tried that with no luck and asked them to fix it and didn’t get a response. 7 days later I asked again and they still didn’t respond. I finally heard back from them after contacting Airbnb, granted they mentioned they had something personal going on it doesn’t excuse not responding for over a week. It takes them hours to respond typically. This is part of a small apartment complex which wasn’t communicated beforehand. The drainage isn’t all that great. Location wise this is a great stop though, and it served its purpose." (4/5)
